What to include in a code report

• The exact code, including punctuation and capitalization.
• The date and approximate time you tried it, with your time zone.
• What the game displayed, in your own words or as the exact message.
• Whether you had redeemed the code before on that account, if you know.
• A public announcement link, if one explains the code or its expiry.

A failure on one account does not by itself establish that a code has expired for everyone. We compare the report with available evidence before changing the public status. You can also try the code troubleshooting steps.

Report a guide or tool problem

Include the page URL, what you expected, and what happened instead. For a display or button problem, your device type and browser can help us reproduce it. For a calculation issue, share a simple nonpersonal example of the quantities and units involved.

If you attach a screenshot, crop out your username, chat, email address, and other personal details. Do not send passwords, two-step verification codes, recovery codes, payment information, or account cookies. We do not need them to review a correction.
