A failed attempt can mean a typing problem, a previous redemption, an unmet requirement, an expired code, or a connection issue. Start with the checks that are easiest to rule out.
- Check the game and creator. Use Anime Ball Battles by Ball Battles Studio, not a similarly named experience.
- Copy the exact code. Keep punctuation and capitalization. Remove surrounding spaces, reward text, and quotation marks.
- Read the actual response. Note what the game says and whether you have used the code on that account before.
- Read the source and its date. A publisher's old report is not proof of current availability.
- Check the current in-game instructions. Follow any requirement the game itself displays, then try again only when the relevant problem has changed.
Anime Ball Battles codes not working: next steps
| What you notice | What to check | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| The code is rejected | Exact text, correct game, source date, and any displayed requirements. | The current attempt failed. It does not identify the reason by itself. |
| The game indicates prior use | Whether this account already claimed the code. | A result for this account, not proof of global expiry. |
| The entry area is missing | The lobby, any required introduction, and the current interface. | A navigation or access issue may need resolving before testing a code. |
| Nothing happens or the game disconnects | Whether the session is responsive and whether Roblox reports a service problem. | A connection failure is not reliable evidence about code status. |
| Success appears but the expected balance is unchanged | The stated reward unit, the relevant inventory, and whether the amount was known. | The expected reward may differ from what the code actually grants. |
Separate copying, submission and redemption
The website's Copied! feedback only means the browser accepted the text for copying. It does not send the code to Roblox. If the in-game field is still empty, paste into that field and inspect the text before using the game's redemption control.
After submission, an unresponsive screen and an explicit code rejection are different observations. If the game does not produce a clear result, record that uncertainty. Repeating an unchanged attempt does not show whether spelling, eligibility or expiry caused the problem.
For a punctuation check, compare each character with the source. A period and an exclamation mark are part of the string when shown; a reward amount is not. Preserve the supplied capitalization without assuming that all codes share the same case-sensitivity rule.
When should a code be called expired?
An explicit developer notice or sufficiently clear test evidence can support an expired status. One person's failed attempt, an “already redeemed” result, or a code missing from another site's list cannot establish expiry on its own.
Read the code record and its evidence. When evidence conflicts, we mark the record for review rather than presenting it as available. Our verification policy explains how status decisions are made.
Group membership and tutorial requirements
Third-party instructions mention joining Ball Battles Studio and completing an introduction. We have not independently established which steps are required for every code. The official description's group-reward invitation alone does not prove a universal redemption requirement.
Use the redemption guide for the reported entry route, then follow what the current game asks you to do. Never use a password-sharing service or an account-cookie check to unlock a code.
If Roblox or the session is having trouble
Check Roblox's service status when loading and connectivity problems affect more than the code field. Rejoining after a connection problem may restore a responsive session, but it does not renew an expired code or reset previous use.
Send a report that can be checked
Include the exact code, when you tried it, what the game displayed, and whether you previously redeemed it. A public developer announcement is especially useful. Remove personal account details from screenshots.
